摘　　要：目的探讨马铃薯切片外敷治疗静脉输液外渗以减轻患者局部皮肤组织红肿热痛的效果。方法将100例静脉输液血管外渗所致局部皮肤组织红肿热痛患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组50例。观察组采用新鲜马铃薯切片外敷,对照组采用50%的硫酸镁湿热敷,观察局部皮肤组织红肿热痛消退时间。结果试验组治疗显效时间和治愈时间低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组治疗效果好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用新鲜马铃薯切片外敷治疗静脉输液药物外渗致局部皮肤组织红肿热痛具有显著疗效且取材方便,方法简单,适用推广应用于临床中。Objective： To explore the effect of treating seepage from venous transfusion by applying potato slices externally so as to alleviate patients＇suffering from red and swollen local tissue.Methods： 100 cases of patients who suffered from red and swollen local tissue due to seepage from venous transfusion were randomly grouped to the experimental group（received applying fresh potato slices externally）and the ontrast group（received applying wet and hot 50% bitter salt externally）,with 50 cases in each.The time of fadeaway of red and swollen local tissue were observed.Results： The effect of treating was markedly better in the experiment group than that in the contrast group.The difference was supported by statistical significance.Conclusion： Treating red and swollen local tissue due to seepage from venous transfusion by applying fresh potato slices externally has striking effect and can be applied conveniently,thus it is worthwhile to popularize it clinically.
