摘 要:为研究慢性冷应激对西门塔尔杂交犊牛免疫相关指标的影响,分别对4~6月龄和8~10月龄西门塔尔杂交犊牛在舍内平均温度为9.6、3.5、1.5、-1.1和-2.4℃下采血,测量血清中生理生化指标、免疫相关激素及抗氧化指标。结果显示:随着温度的降低,试验组犊牛血清葡萄糖(BG)水平升高了18.8%~103.3%,在接受0℃左右(1.5和-1.1℃)慢性冷应激时,BG的升高随着应激时间的延长而更加显著(P<0.05),但温度对血清尿素氮(BUN)和血清皮质酮(CORT)指标的影响并不显著(P>0.05)。舍内-4.0℃日平均温度下,显著提高了血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和丙二醛(MDA)的水平、降低了超氧化物歧酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH)的水平(P<0.05)。在-2.4℃日平均温度下,8~10月龄组的血清SOD水平比4~6月龄组高82.6%(P<0.05),生长激素(GH)水平比4~6月龄组低26.0%(P<0.05)。结果表明,慢性冷应激改变了血清中生理生化指标、免疫相关激素和抗氧化指标的水平,从而影响犊牛的免疫能力,并且温度越低、月龄越小,这种影响越大。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of chronic cold stress on immune of Simmental crossbred calves(4-6 months group and 8-10 months group).Blood was collected at average temperature of 9.6,3.5,1.5,-1.1 and-2.4℃ indoor.Physiological and biochemical characteristics,hormone related to immune and antioxidative ability of serum were determined.The results showed that the level of BG in experimental group increased around 18.8% to 103.3% with the temperature decreasing(P0.05),and the level of BG significantly enhanced under chronic cold stress as the tolerant of cold became longer(P0.05).No differences observed in BUN and CORT(P0.05).The level of T-AOC and MDA in serum significantly enhanced whereas SOD and GSH decreased(P0.05)under chronic cold stress.At-2.4℃,the level of SOD in 8-10 months group increased by 82.6% compare with that of 46 months group,and level of GH in 8-10 months group reduced by 26.0% compare with that of 4-6 months group(P0.05).The conclusion is that the levels of the physiological and biochemical characteristics,hormone related to immune and antioxidative ability of serum can be changed under chronic cold stress;and therefore affected the immunity ability of calves.It also showed that the lower temperature and the younger calves,the more remarkable they effects.
