回归分析在土地利用总体规划实施评价中的应用——以吉林省伊通县为例

摘　　要：采用回归分析模型的方法,并以吉林省伊通县为例,研究了回归分析在土地利用总体规划实施评价中的应用情况.结果表明:伊通县土地利用规划得到了较好的执行,促进了当地的经济和社会发展,取得了显著的社会经济效益;但也反映出规划确定的耕地、林地、牧草地、园地等结构调整指标与目标差距过大,目标难以实现.同时,也证明了回归分析的数学方法在土地利用规划评价中具有一定的应用价值.In this paper,regression analysis model was used to study Yitong on land use planning implementation.The results show that planning to achieve better implementation,promote the local economic and social development,achieve significant social and economic benefits.But also reflects the plan to determine the farmland,woodland,grassland,orchard and other goals and objectives of structural adjustment gap is too wide,goal difficult to achieve.The reclassification results that planning the implementation of regression analysis can evaluate the various time points,can also predict the future land use analysis,evaluation of its land use planning certain value.
