摘　　要：针对以往电网规划主要以历史发展情况为基础,通过规划人员的经验判断得出结论的现状,文中研究开发了新一代基于地理信息系统GIS(geographic information system)平台的电网规划辅助决策系统。系统以先进的规划理论、规划方法为指导,以GIS技术为基础,实现与其他基础电力系统数据库共享与交换,具有技术先进、智能化程度高、实用灵活等特点。在广州供电局的实际应用表明,该系统能够有效提高规划工作的科学性、实用性和及时性,为电网规划的管理与决策提供可视化的操作平台。Traditional power network planning mainly depends on the history development of a certain area and the experience of the planners.A new generation of GIS-based decision-making support system for power network planning is presented in order to overcome the limitation and deficiency of traditional power network planning.Due to its advanced planning theory and methods,GIS-based technology and powerful interfaces with other basic databases of power system,the introduced system has the characteristics of advanced technology,high intelligence,practicality and flexibility.Furthermore,the system has been successfully implemented in power system planning of Guangzhou Electric Power Bureau.The results verify that the introduced system can not only improve the scientificity,practicality and speediness of power network planning effectively,but also provide visualization platform for management and decision-making of power network planning.
