港区道路交通行车安全分析

摘　　要：港口作为一个客货流基地、客货流枢纽及客货流节点,地理位置比较特殊,一般是多条道路的起点或终点,同时它又是大宗货物和客流的集散中心,与之关联的港区内外道路的交通特性有别于一般公路和城市道路,港区道路车辆的特殊性也对港区行车安全提高了要求,因此在港区道路、交通附属设施设计以及交通管理措施上要结合港区特性,提高道路行车安全性。The geographical position of the port taken as a passenger and cargo flow base,hub and node is more special,which is generally a start or terminal of many roads and is also a terminal center of predominant goods and passenger.The traffic characteristic of the related roads inside and outside of harbor is different from the general highways and the urban roads.The particularity of the vehicles of the harbor roads is also required to enhance the driving safety in harbor.Therefore,the design of harbor roads and auxiliary traffic facilities as well as the traffic management measures should be combined with the harbor characteristic to enhance the driving safety of road.
