摘  要:随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对城市供水的数量、质量、稳定性等提出了越来越高的要求,再加上目前能源紧缺,利用先进的自动化技术、控制技术以及通讯技术,设计高性能、高节能、能适应不同领域的恒压供水系统成为必然趋势。分析了变频调速的工作原理,建立了恒压控制的理论模型和数学模型;然后根据管网和水泵的运行特性曲线,阐明了供水系统的变频调速节能原理;最后分析了变频调速恒压供水系统的构成、工作原理和控制流程,提出不同的控制方案,变频调速恒压供水自动控制系统由可编程控制器、变频器、水泵、电机组、压力传感器、工控机以及控制柜等组成。With rapid development of continuously improved living standard, more and more demands to quantity, quality and stability of water supply were put forward. Meanwhile, energy resources are becoming much scarce presently. So it is inevitable tendency to design water supply system which has high function and saves on energy well with help of advanced techniques of automation, control and communication. At the same time, this system can be applied to different water supply fields. Firstly work principle of variable frequency speed regulation was analyzed and theoretical model and mathematical model of constant pressure control was established. Then water supply system's energy-saving principle of variable frequency speed regulation was clarified according to characteristic curve of running pipelines and water pump firstly. Lastly the structure and work principle and control flow of variable frequency speed regulating constant pressure water supply system was analyzed. Several different control schemes were proposed. Constant pressure water supply control system of variable frequency speed regulation is composed of PLC, transducer, sets of pump motors, pressure sensors, industrial control computer and control housing, etc.
