摘 要:提出了采用高温热裂解的方法进行SF6气体检测,克服了使用催化材料的裂解器生成二次产物较少,测量精度低的缺点。实验证明,该SF6气体传感器在20ppm~1000ppm保持了较好的线性,系统的响应时间降低到4分钟,检测下限低至20ppm,有广阔的应用前景。A kind of SF6 gas sensor using high temperature crack was proposed after improving the thermal cracking method. The method overcame the defect of the product which uses catalyst as the crack device. This kind of cracker often has fewer end products and the low accuracy measurement. The experiment results has proved that the SF6 sensor designed in this paper has wider linear range in the range of 20 ppm to 1000 ppm, response time less than 4 minutes, lower detect limits to 20 ppm. So it is not hard to believe that the sensor will get a brighter prospect.
