摘　　要：本文叙述了当前视频监控系统无法可持续性发展的现状，提出视频图像智能分析技术应用的必要性，对视频图像智能分析技术的应用及系统实现的难点做了进一步的阐述，对智能视频监控系统提出新的发展思路。This paper describes the present status that current video surveillance system can not develop sustainably, thus proposes the necessity to apply intelligent video analysis technology. Furthermore, application of video and image analysis technology and difficulties in system implementation are elaborated. New development ideas of intelligent video surveillance system are proposed.
