摘 要:在pH9.40的Tris-盐酸缓冲介质中,氯代十六烷基吡啶(CPC)对阿莫西林的荧光有明显的增敏作用,以274nm和304nm为激发波长(λ_(em))和发射波长(λ_(ex))测定时,其荧光的增强程度与阿莫西林的质量浓度在0.2~87.7mg·L^(-1)范围内呈线性关系,此反应对阿莫西林的检出限(3s/k)为0.026mg·L^(-1)。利用此反应作为测定阿莫西林的方法并应用于注射用阿莫西林钠和阿莫西林胶囊的分析,测定结果与标示值相符,测得回收率分别为100.8%和97.8%,测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=6)分别为2.5%和3.2%。In a Tris-HCl buffer medium of pH 9.40,sensitization effect of cetylpyridine chloride monohydrate (CPC) on the fluorescence of amoxicillin was observed obviously.The magnitude of increase in fluorescence intensity was found to keep linear relationship with the mass concentration of amoxicillin in the range of 0.2- 87.7 mg·L^(-1),when measured at the wavelengths of 274 nm(λ_(em)) and 304 nm(λ_(ex)).Detection limit(3s/k) of the reaction was found to be 0.026 mg·L^(-1).The reaction was used as a method to determine amoxicillin and was applied to the analysis of amoxicillin injections and amoxicillin capsules.Results obtained were in conformity with the labelled values,and values of average recovery and RSD's(n = 6) found were 100.8%and 2.5%(for injection),and 97.8%and 3.2%(for capsule).
