摘　　要："尊严"作为每个人都具有的价值感,是构建和谐社会的重要内容,在管理中实现尊严的维护是社会和谐的一项重要内容,具有重要意义。人性化管理作为现代新型管理理念,是在现代行为科学和管理科学中不断演变出来的。人性化管理依据人性的基本属性进行管理的制定和实施,针对人性的不同特质,在管理中尊重和激发人性的积极面,充分利用人的潜能,抑制和消除人性消极面,从而为集体和个人都带来高效益。合理的开发和利用人的内在潜能成为现代管理学研究的重要课题。本文就管理过程中通过民主化管理、自我管理、情感化管理和文化管理来实现尊严的维护,论述人性化管理中尊严的重要性。＂Dignity＂ as has the value of everybody from a harmonious society, is an important part of theadministration to safeguard the dignity of social harmony is also an important content of great significance. Humanized management as a new concept evolves continuously in modem science and scientific management. Humanized management is in accordance with the basic properties of the formulation .It is implemented of various qualities against humanity and respect for and stimulate management of the positive side of humanity ,which maximizes the potential ability to contain and eliminate negative human nature Therefore it brings high effectiveness for the collective and individual. Rational development and usage of the inner potential is to become the important modem management research issues on the management process .This thesis will talk about by the importance of dignity in the humanized management by maintaining human dignity in the democratic administration and management of emotion and cultural administration.
