摘  要:为研究NaCl处理是否引起大叶落地生根叶片肉质化,用浓度为0、50、100、200mmol·L^-1的NaCl溶液处理大叶落地生根幼苗,7d后测其叶片肉质化、水分参数、可溶性溶质含量及净光合速率.结果表明:100、200mmol·I。。NaCl处理姓著降低了大叶落地生根叶片肉质化程度,同时其叶片含水量、相对含水量、渗透势、可溶性有机物质含量和光合速率均显著降低,而Na^+、Cl^-离子含量显著升高.NaCl处理使大叶落地生根叶片肉质化程度降低可能与其叶片光合作用及有机质下降有关.Seedlings of Kalanchoe daigremontiana were treated with 0,50,100,200 mmol· L^-1 NaC1 to examine the effects of NaCl treatment on the leaf succulence. After 7-day trealment, leaf succulence degree, water parameters, content of soluble solutes and net photosynthetic rate were measured. The results showed that the leaf succulent degree was significantly reduced under 100,200 mmol· L^-1 NaCl treatment as well as water content, relative water content, osmotic patential, organic substance and net photosynthetic rate of Kalanchoe daigremontiana. In contrast, Na%+,Cl^-content significantly increased. NaCl lead to decrease of leaf succulent degree, which is possibly related to the decline of photosynthesis and organic solutes such as organic acids.
