束缚-浸水应激对大鼠几个内分泌腺Fos蛋白表达的影响

摘  要:目的了解束缚-浸水应激对大鼠松果体、甲状腺、胰岛、肾上腺Fos蛋白表达的影响.方法Wistar雄性大鼠12只,随机分为实验组(给予束缚-浸水应激1h,n=6)和对照组(不予束缚-浸水,n=6),用免疫组化技术检测两组动物各内分泌腺体中Fos蛋白的表达.结果与对照组相比,实验组中甲状腺、肾上腺髓质及皮质球状带中的Fos蛋白阳性细胞个数及累计光密度值(IOD)明显增加(P〈0.05);松果体的Fos蛋白在实验和对照组表达都很强,两组间差别不明显(P〉0.05);在实验组和对照组,肾上腺皮质网状带、胰岛中均未发现有Fos蛋白的表达.结果提示大鼠的甲状腺、肾上腺球状带及髓质参与了束缚-浸水应激反应.The effects of restraint water - immersion stress (RWIS) on pineal body, thyroid, pancreatic island and adrenal in rat were explored. Twelve male Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (RWIS 1 h, n = 6) , control group ( RWIS 0 h, n = 6) and the c - Fos expression in the main endocrine glands was examined by immunohistochemical technique. Compared with the control group ( RWIS 0 h), the number of c -Fos positive cells and integrated optical density(IOD) in the thyroid, medulla and zona glomerulosa of adrenal increased significantly (P 〈 0.05 ). Although pineal's Fos expression was obvious in each group, there were no prominent differences (P 〉 0.05) between the two groups. No Fos expression was discovered in the zona reticularis of adrenal cortex, pancreatic island in each group. and medulla of adrenal participate in the response to the These results suggest that the thyroid, zona glomerulosa RWIS.
