摘　　要：负债融资在合作社的融资决策中都发挥着重要作用。通过中美农业合作组织债务融资的比较分析,揭示出中国农民专业合作社在债务融资中存在一些迫切需要解决的问题。Liabilities financing play an important role both in America and China professional farmers coop- eratives. Basing on relevant data, the paper states the extent liabilities financing contribution to America coopeatinves and china＇s. And the paper analyzes the reason for accessibilty of liabilities financing to America coopeatinves is easier than china cooperatives. And reveal some problems in the process of china cooperative liabilities financing. Lastly, the article bring forward some beneficial suggestions.
