摘　　要：本文探讨泛珠三角区域合作中的市场机制作用、克服"诸候经济"消极影响,提出泛珠三角区域合作和东盟经济合作关系、交通设施与低碳经济合作等方面新的合作思路。This paper has dissertated somc new ideas in the role of market system in regional corporation in Pan-Pearl River Delta, the overcoming of the ncgativc influences of＂ fragmented economy＂, the relationship between regional cooperation in Pan-Pcarl River Delta and the economic cooperation in ASEAN, transport facilities and lower-carbon economic cooperation.
