合肥市2009年流脑流行前期健康人群流脑带菌率及抗体水平调查

摘　　要：目的了解合肥市健康人群流脑带菌状况和免疫水平,为流脑的防控提供依据。方法按分层整群抽样方法,在合肥市全市3县4区,采集8个年龄组健康人群咽拭子及静脉血,分别进行培养及血清抗体检测。结果检测556人,咽拭子脑膜炎奈瑟菌阳性的19份,带菌率为3.41%。其中,B群带菌率为0.54%,C群带菌率为2.87%,未培养出A群;血清抗体阳性率:A群阳性率为92.3%,C群阳性率为95.7%。结论目前,合肥市人群流脑免疫处于较高水平,流脑流行危险性不高。Objective To understand the carrier status of neisseria meningitidis （Nm） and the immune level of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis in the healthy population in Hefei, and provide scientific basis for prevention and control. Meth- ods Blood specimens and throat swab of people in 5 different age groups in whole hefei city were collected and cultured, and then serum antibody were detected. Results Among 556 Subjects, Nm was positive in 19 throat swabs,the carrier rate was 3.41%. And the carrier rate of Nm serogroup A, B and C were 0.00%, 0.54% and 2.87% respectively. The serum antibody positive rate in Nm serogroup A and C were 92.3% and 95.7% respectively. Conclusion The immune level of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis of the citizens in Hefei was at higher level, and the prevailing of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis in Hefei is seldom like to occur.
