摘 要:目的探讨两种不同的健康教育方式对预防精神科住院患者跌倒的效果。方法将两个病区住院患者160例随机分为对照组和观察组,各80例。对照组采用集体健康教育方式,观察组采用有针对性的个体化健康教育方式。结果观察组对预防跌倒相关知识了解程度明显高于对照组;住院期间观察组跌倒发生率明显低于对照组。结论对精神科住院患者实施有针对性的预防跌倒个体化健康教育,能提高精神科患者对跌倒危险因素的认知,有效降低跌倒发生率。Objective To explore the application and effect of two different health educations in preventing psychotic inpatients from fall.Methods The inpatients of two psychiatry wards were randomly divided into two groups,80 patients in each group.The patients in control group received collective health education,while performed directed individual health education in the observation group.Result The comprehension degree of related knowledge about preventing psychotic patients from fall of patients in the observation group was obviously higher than in the control group.The incidence of patients' fall during hospitalization was obviously lower in the observation group than in the control group.Conclusion It can effectively decrease the incidence of fall during hospitalization and improve the patients' cognition of fall risk factors through performing directed individual health education of preventing psychotic inpatients from fall.
