摘　　要：提出网络电路等效变换的条件，结合三端网络电容器电路，利用网络的开路、短路。This paper points out the conditions of equivalent alteration in network circuit and gives some demonstrations of equivalent between Y-connection and △-connection by using the methods of open and short circuit minimum the consumption of energy in an network capacitor circuit.
