摘 要:自从维甲酸(RA)被用于诱导分化治疗恶性肿瘤,特别是被用于治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)以来,人们对其进行了广泛的研究.一方面对其分子结构进行改造,以寻找高效低毒的维甲类抗肿瘤药物.另一方面对其抗肿瘤机制进行深入研究.维甲类药物抗肿瘤机制包括抑制增殖、诱导分化、促进凋亡、增加免疫等多个方面,它在体内的作用是通过一系列信号传递系统实现的.Since retinoic acid (abbreviated as RA) was used to treat malignant tumors, especially acute promyelocytic leukemia(APL),it has been investigated widely. On the one hand,its molecular structure has been transformed by many investigntors,in order to find novel oderivatives which have stronger therapeutic and weaker toxic effects than RA has.On the other hand,its antiumor mechanism was explored deeply. The result indicated that RA has many antitumor actions, including inhibiting proliferation, inducing differentiation, accelerating apoptosis,strengthening immunity and so on. In the meantime, its antitumor mechanism is turned into reality by a series of information system. This paper reviews variety of studies on the biological activities of RA in recent the years.
