加德纳氏菌感染途径的分析研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对十堰地区加德纳氏菌(GV)感染途径的调查分析,以探讨其预防措施。方法:对578例女性,按其居住地分为2组:A组(城区)345例;B(乡镇)233例。行宫颈刮片细胞学检查;再从商品清洗液的使用、豢养宠物和性伴多少3个方面随机询问调查55例。结果:细胞学:A组:CⅡ344例,99.7%,CⅢ1例0.3%;B组CII231例,99.1%,CIII1例,0.9%,结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。GV阳性率:A组:86例(86/345)24.9%,B组,35例(35/233)15.0%;2者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。问卷调查:①清洁液使用:A组(27/30)90.0%,B组(6/25)24.0%,P<0.01,结果差异有统计学意义;②豢养宠物:A组(7/30)23.3%,B组(1/25)4%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;③多性伴调查:A组8例(8/30)26.7%,B组,1例(1/25)4%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:本地区妇女GV感染与商品清洗液的使用、豢养宠物和性伴多少有一定关系。Objective：To investigate the infection route of Gardnerella vaginalis（GV）in Shiyan area,and explore the active preventive measures.Method：578 women examinated in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the geographical distribution of units,A group（urban）345 patients,B group（town）233 patients.All patients received cervical cytology examination.55 cases were asked about aspects from the use of cleaning fluid,captive animals to sex partners.Result：In cytology,the number of CII and CIII cases in A group were 344（99.7%）and 1（0.30%）;while in B Group were 231（99.1%）and 2（0.90%）.There was no stastical difference between two groups（P〉0.05）.The GV-positive rates of A group and B group were 24.9%（86/345）and 15.0%（35/233）,respectively.There was stastical difference between two groups（P〈0.01）.In questionnaire：①The use rates of cleaning fluid in A group and B group were 90.0%（27/30）and 24.0%（6/25）,respectively.There was significantly difference between two groups（P〈0.01）.②The rates of captive pet in A group and B group were 23.3%（7/30）and 4%（1/25）,respectively.There was significantly difference between two groups（P0.05）.③The rates of multiple sex partners in A group and B group were 26.7%（8/30）and 4%（1/25）.There was significantly difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：There would be a certain associations between GV infection and the use of cleaning fluid,captive pet and multiple sex partners of women.
