摘  要:建立了双向受拉不等厚高应变梯度异型板的失效评定曲线FAC,得到了16MnR材料的FAC曲线的三大特征.经与英国通用曲线比较和试验结果验证,选择1曲线不适用于接管高应变区缺陷的安全评定,应加一定的安全系数.项研究将小试样与实物容器接管高应变区的安全评定紧密相联,开拓出一条新的途径.The failure assessment curves of high strain gradient special plate with various thickness loaded by two-way tensile have been established. After compared with common curve and verified by experiment, the plate is able to represent three characters of FAC of 16MnR material, and the Option 1 curve isn't suitable to safety assessment of crack in high strain region of nozzles and it needs to be modified (to be added safety factor).This paper has opened a new path to combine small specimen with safety assessment of high strain region of nozzles in pressure vessels closely.
