亚型致正反定型不符1例并文献复习

摘　　要：目的:通过对1例正反定型不符者的正确定型,探讨产生正反定型不符的原因,为临床血型鉴定提供依据。方法:采用血型血清学方法进行血型鉴定,并复习相关文献。结果:患者为A2Bx型,多种原因可导致正反定型不符。结论:正反定型不符者应综合病情、输血史及特殊血清学检查等因素来确定血型。Objective：To explore the reasons of the unconformity by determining the blood type of one case whose forward-reverse grouping examination was unmatched in order to find a proper way for blood typing.Method：The blood group of the patient was detected by blood group serology method,and the related literature were reviewed.Result：The patient＇s blood type was A2Bx,and the unconformity of forward-reverse grouping examination could be caused by many factors.Conclusion：Besides the result of special serologic examination,it should be necessary to consider many other factors,such as illlness,tranfusion history,and so on,to determine the right blood type of patients with the unconformity of forward-reverse grouping examination.
