摘  要:介绍了电网在线安全稳定预警的技术现状,指出预警准确性方面存在的隐患,包括潮流仿真不准、预想故障设置不全、站内故障难以仿真、继电保护和安全自动装置状态识别困难、难以校验在线计算参数准确性等问题.分析了可能影响预警结果准确性的因素,提出了提高电网在线安全稳定预警准确性的总体思路,具体描述了相关措施的目标、实现方法及应用情况。The technical status of power grid dynamic security and stability pre-warning system is introduced. The problems of pre-waming accuracy is analyzed, including that power flow simulation is not accurate, expected fault set is incomplete, fault in substations is difficult to simulate, the state of protective relay and safety automatic device are difficult to identify, and the accuracy of online calculation parameters is difficult to verify. The factors possibly affecting the pre-warning accuracy are analyzed. The general idea of improving pre-warning accuracy is proposed, and the relevant objectives, implementation methods and applications are described specifically.
