摘　　要：随着敏感设备在现代武器装备中的应用越来越广泛,针对敏感设备的洗消技术得到广泛研究。适合敏感设备洗消的技术有十几种,本文主要介绍了等离子体洗消、蒸汽洗消、高效液体洗消剂、超临界流体洗消和针对核物质的剥离膜洗消,并简要介绍敏感设备洗消技术的发展趋势。Sensitive equipments have been extensively used in modern weapons and apparatus,so the research on decontamination of sensitive equipment was carried out in recent years.Among tens of technologies that suitable for sensitive equipment decontamination,plasma technology,vapour decontamination,high efficiency decontaminating agent,supercritical fluid decontamination and removable film decontamination have been discussed in this paper.At last,the future of sensitive equipment decontamination was expatiated.
