摘 要:采用浸渍法制备了Pt-Pd/Al2O3催化剂,以甲烷为实验气体,详细考察了空速、温度、甲烷浓度等反应条件对该催化剂活性的影响。实验结果表明,对于低浓度的甲烷,催化剂在350℃时活性达到75.3%,完全转化温度T99为400℃;温度、空速、甲烷浓度均对催化剂的活性产生影响,温度越高、空速越低、甲烷浓度越高,催化剂活性越好;在低浓度甲烷条件下,原料气中的氧气浓度对催化剂的活性影响较小;在20%O2/N2气氛中活化催化剂,其活性高于在纯N2气氛中活化的催化剂。Pt-Pd/Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by impregnation,and the influences of reacted conditions were studied in detail.The results showed that the CH4 conversion were 75.3% at 350 ℃,and the temperature at which the conversion achieved 99% was 400 ℃.The catalytic activity was influenced by temperature,space velocity and CH4 concentration,but not O2.The catalysts which were activated in 20%O2/N2 exhibited better activity than in N2.
