摘 要:借助傅立叶变换红外光谱和热重分析技术,研究了银与纤维的结合方式及热稳定性,探讨了抗菌机理,并采用抑菌圈法和振荡法分别测试了该纤维对不同细菌的灭菌效果。结果表明,银通过纤维表面N原子提供的孤对电子与纤维结合形成配位键,在溶液中微量的银离子被释放,具有灭菌性能;其对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌率均在99.96%以上。该材料具有很好的热稳定性,可常温使用。In this paper,the binding mode of silver and fiber,thermal stability,antimicrobial mechanism and antimicrobial property for different bacteria were studied in this paper by means of Fourier transform infrared sprctroscopy(FTIR),Thermogravimetry(TGA),Bacteriostatic ring experiment and Shake-flask method.Results showed that silver was bonded to fiber with coordination linkage which was supported by N atom.The results of antibacterial experiments showed that silver-polyacrylonitrile fiber had strong inhibition on Escherichia,Staphylococcus aureus coli and Bacillus subtilis,as a little silver ion could be released in water.The antimicrobial rate for each antimicrobial list above was all above 99.96%.The fiber also had a good thermal stability,and could be used at normal temperature.
