摘 要:以石油焦为原料,采用KOH化学活化法,在不同的活化条件下对石油焦进行活化。研究原料粒度、活化温度以及活化时间对所制得的活性炭的比表面积及孔结构的影响。结果表明:以石油焦为原料可以制得比表面积为3300m2/g的高比表面积活性炭。活性炭的孔径分布较窄,其碘吸附值和苯吸附值均较常规活性炭有大幅度提高。Super active carbon(SAC) with BET surface area of 3 300 m2/g was successfully prepared from petroleum coke by the activation with KOH. The effects of grain size of raw coke, activation temperature and time on the surface area and pore structure of derived super active carbon were also investigated. The surface area of super active carbon increased with the increasing of activation temperature, time and decreasing of raw coke size, reaching the maximum value, and then decreased due to the excess burnoff which made the micropore transfer into mesopore or macropore. The adsorption capacities of super active carbon for benzene and iodine are much higher than those of conventional active carbon and active carbon fibers.
