头针对兔心肌缺血再灌注心律失常的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察头针"额旁1线"对家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤所致的实验性心律失常的作用。方法 18只家兔随机分为假手术组(S组)、缺血再灌组(IR组)、头针治疗组(SA组)。采用结扎左冠状动脉前降支制备家兔心肌缺血再灌注模型,以光镜下心肌结构、再灌性心律失常、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量、心肌Na+-K+-ATPase和Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase活性作为观察指标。结果 SA组再灌注心律失常发生率低于IR组(P<0.05),光镜下心肌结构损害减轻,血清中MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05),SOD、Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase活性显著提高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论头针具有防治心肌缺血再灌性心律失常的作用,其机制可能与对抗氧自由基损伤、减轻Ca2+超载有关。Objective To observe the effect of scalp acupuncture on Lateral Line 1 of Forehead on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion induced arrhythmia in rabbits,and its mechanism.Methods 18 rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups,namely sham operation group（S group）,ischemia-reperfusion group（IR group）,scalp acupuncture group（SA group）.Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion preparation model was induced by ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery.All the indexes（myocardial structure by light microscopy,reperfusion arrhythmia,serum superoxide dismutase（SOD） and malondialdehyde（MDA） content,myocardial Na＋-K＋-ATPaseand Ca2＋-Mg2＋-ATPaseactivity） were observed.Results Compared with IR group,the incidence of reperfusion arrhythmia of SA group was progressively decreased（P0.05）.The myocardial structure of rabbits were improved after treated with scalp acupuncture.SA rabbits serum MDA was significantly lower（P0.05）,SOD,Na＋-K＋-ATPase,Ca2＋-Mg2＋-ATPaseactivity was significantly increased（P0.05）.Conclusion Scalp acupuncture prevention of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion arrhythmia,which may be related to clearing oxygen free radical and reducing the Ca2＋ overload.
