细梗胡枝子中槲皮素提取分离方法的探讨

摘  要:目的以湖北罗田产的豆科植物细梗胡枝子中槲皮素进行提取分离的结果,比较常规提取法和新型的生物分离技术提取法的优势,探讨生物分离技术在中药研究中的应用。方法分别采用回流提取-吸附树脂法、超声提取-萃取分离法和热回流提取-萃取分离法对细梗胡枝子中槲皮素进行提取分离,并测定其含量。结果经分析发现不同的提取方法所提得的槲皮素含量存在明显差异,其中超声提取-萃取分离法提取的含量最多。结论细梗胡枝子中的槲皮素的提取分离方法,采用超声提取-萃取分离方法可能更好。Objective Using different methods of extraction and separation to analyse Quercetin of Laspedeza Virgata produced in Luotian,Hubei,and comparing the advantage of conventional extraction and new bio-separation technology,to study the application of biotechnology in traditional Chinese medicine research.Method Adopt of extract-adsorption resin method,ultrasonic extraction-extraction and heat reflux extraction-extraction separation to Extract and Separate Laspedeza Virgata of Quercetin,and determinate the content of Quercetin.Result Found by the analysis of different extraction methods were referred to the existence of significant differences in Quercetin content,including the content of Quercetin of ultrasonic extraction and separation was the most.Conclusion The extraction and separation of Quercetin in Laspedeza Virgata may be better of using the ultrasonic extraction-extraction methods.
