正交试验法优选三金二石汤提取工艺的研究

摘  要:目的研究三金二石汤的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交实验法,优择加水量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,每因素各设3水平,以提取物得率、提取物中槲皮素、山柰酚含量为考察指标,结合生产实际,优选提取工艺条件。结果优选提取工艺条件为:三金二石汤药材,加12倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1h。结论在此工艺条件下,浸膏收率较高,能保证方中主要有效成分槲皮素和山柰酚的提取效率,方法简单,易于工业化生产。Objective To select the best extraction process in preparation of Sanjin Ershi Decoction.Methods The extraction water dosage and extraction times and extraction time were selected as the study factors,with orthogonal design method.We set 3 levels for every factors and selected extractive yield rate,contents of quercetin and kaempferol as the indexes for observation,with which together with the practice gave us the optimized process.Results Decoct the ingredients of the Sanjin Ershi Decoction for 3 times with 12 times amount of water,1 hour per time.Conclusion This technique offered a high extract yield and therefore is able to ensure the extraction efficiency on quercetin and kaempferol,which are the main components of the prescription.It can be easily applied for industrialized manufacture for its simplicity.
