摘　　要：介绍了无卤低烟、耐火阻燃、钢带铠装多芯预制分支电缆研发的全过程,涉及到企业标准的制定、产品结构和加工工艺的确定,详述了注塑设备的选型、关键工艺技术控制点的研究。In this paper the whole process of the development of a low smoke halogen-free flame retardant and fire re-sisting multicore pre-fab branched cable with steel tape armour is presented.The establishment of the factory specifi-cation and determination of the cable construction and manufacturing process are related respectively,focusing on type selection of the extruding machine and investigation of the control points of the key processes.
