摘  要:目的探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)基因启动子区-765G/C多态性与糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的相关性。方法采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性方法,在中国昆明地区汉族人群中,对121例2型糖尿病变伴视网膜病变者(DR),44例2型糖尿病非视网膜病变者,100例健康对照者的COX-2基因-765G/C多态性进行检测;比较分析各组间基因型频率、等位基因频率及相关临床资料。结果 (1)各组间的基因型频率和等位基因频率无统计学意义。(2)糖尿病病程、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)%水平是糖尿病视网膜病变发生的危险因素。结论昆明地区汉族人群中,COX-2基因-765G/C多态性与DR无相关关系;糖尿病病程和HbA1c%水平影响2型糖尿病患者DR的发生。Objective To investigate the relationship between the cyclooxygenase2 ( COX-2) gene-765G/C polymorphism and diabetic retinopathy ( DR) in type 2 diabetes mellitus ( T2DM). Methods -765G/C polymorphism was screened in 121 T2DM patients with DR,44 free-DR T2DM patients and 100 normal controls by PCR-RFLP. The genotypes and allele frequencies distributions were compared among groups,at the same time,the related characteristics of objects were compared. Results ( 1) No significant differences were observed in genotype and allele frequencies distributions of -765G/C polymorphism among all groups. ( 2) A Logistic regression analysis indicated that diabetic duration and HbA1c% were risk factors of DR. Conclusions COX-2 gene -765G/C polymorphism was not significantly associated with DR in Kunming Han people; In T2DM patients,diabetic duration and HbA1c% may contribute to DR.
