摘　　要：介绍了电解氟化法制备含氟精细化学品行业发展的突出问题、技术需求及发展趋势,认为需解决开发新型电解槽、开发含氟电子化学品和含Rf基团氟硅涂层等重大关键技术问题。提出了行业发展战略目标,从发展方式和运行机制、行业准入条件、发展环境、结构调整等方面给出政策建议,期望在今后5～10 a内,使电解氟化及下游和其他精细氟化学品销售额超过100亿元,占氟化工行业总销售值的25%～30%。The development tendency and technology needing while using Electro fluorination method to prepare fine-fluorine chemicalsis reviewed in the paper. After the above analyzation, the author rise the development strategy aim of fine-fluorine chemicals in terms of operating mechanism, standards of entry conditions, development environment, structural adjustment. In the future 5～10 year, the author estimated that the sales of products exceed 10 billion, accounts for 25%～30% of the fluorine industry.
