摘　　要：介绍了纯硅材料的类型及其主要用途,叙述了国内外以二氧化硅为硅源,热还原法(包括金属、非金属和耦合热还原法)、熔盐电解法(包括氟化物、氯化物和耦合熔盐电解法)等制备纯硅的方法,评叙了各种方法的优缺点。指出氯化钙熔盐电解法工艺简单、产品纯度高、能耗小、成本低、经济效益好、环境友好、市场潜力与前景较好。The application and the types of silicon and its preparation ways both at home and abroad were introduced in the paper including the method of reduction and fused salt electrolysis process. Compared with other methods, direct electrolytic reduction ofsilicon dioxide in molten CaCl2 had more advantages for high purity, low energy consumption, low cost, good economic returns, friendlyto environment and had better market potential.
