大白杜鹃种子胚组织培养研究

摘　　要：为建立大白杜鹃快繁体系,以大白杜鹃种子胚为外植体对大白杜鹃进行了组织培养研究。结果表明:适宜种子萌发的培养基为1/4 MS+ZT 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L,诱导率达100%;适宜丛生芽诱导和继代培养的培养基为1/4 MS+ZT 2.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L,增殖倍数为6.5;适宜丛生芽伸长壮苗的培养基为1/4 MS+TDZ 0.5 mg/L+GA 1.0～2.0 mg/L;适宜生根培养的培养基为1/4 MS+NAA 3.0mg/L+IBA 1.0 mg/L+AC 0.08%,生根率达60.5%。The mature embryos of Rhododendron decorum were cultured on different media to establish the rapid propagation system.The results showed that the optimum medium for 100% germination of mature embryos was 1/4MS＋ZT 0.5mg/L＋NAA 0.01mg/L,the optimum media for induction and subculture of cluster buds was 1/4MS＋ZT 2.0mg/L＋NAA 1.0mg/L and its propagation time reached 6.5,the optimum medium for elongation of cluster buds and rooting of plantlets was 1/4MS＋TDZ 0.5mg/L＋GA 1.0～2.0mg/L and 1/4MS＋NAA 3.0mg/L＋IBA 1.0mg/L＋AC 0.08% respectively.
