采收时期对黔产银杏叶中萜类内酯含量的影响

摘　　要：为充分有效利用贵州银杏资源,提高银杏产品质量,采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法(HPLC-ELSD)测定了银杏叶中银杏萜类内酯的含量。结果表明:不同产地、不同采收时期银杏叶中萜类内酯的含量不同,以9月和10月采收的银杏叶中萜类内酯含量最高。说明,采收时期对银杏叶中萜类内酯的含量有影响。The terpene lactone content in leaves of Ginkgo biloba from Guizhou was determined by HPLC-ELSD to effectively utilize Ginkgo biloba resources and improve quality of Ginkgo biloba products.The results showed that there was difference in terpene lactone content in leaves of Ginkgo biloba between different producing areas and different picking period,and the terpene lactone content in leaves of Ginkgo biloba picked in September and October was the highest,which indicates that picking period has effect on terpene lactone content in leaves of Ginkgo biloba from Guizhou.
