摘  要:为探明贵州典型烟区土壤对烤烟大田生长发育相关生理特性的影响,将天柱黄泥土、威宁灰泡黄泥土、开阳黄泥土同置于开阳气候下,采用统一栽培措施种植试验。结果表明:当土壤pH值为5.75~6.07时,烟株生育期根系活力与土壤pH值呈显著负相关;当土壤有效锰含量偏低时,烟株生育期功能烟叶硝态氮含量与土壤有效锰含量呈显著正相关。在开阳气候条件下,天柱、威宁和开阳3个烟区植烟土壤上种植的烟株各生育期根系体积、硝酸还原酶活性、光合速率和干物质重量均表现为威宁>开阳>天柱;根系活力表现为天柱>威宁>开阳;硝态氮含量表现为天柱>开阳>威宁。Yunyan 85,a flue-cured tobacco variety,was planted in yellow soils from Weining,Tianzhu and Kaiyang counties(typical tobacco planting areas) under the same cultivated pattern in Kaiyang county to study the effect of different soils on physiological characteristics related to growth and development of flue-cured tobacco.The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between soil pH and root vigor when soil pH was 5.755~6.07,there was a significant positive correlation between leaf nitrate N content and soil available Mn content when the soil available Mn content was lower.The root volume,nitrate reductase activity,photosynthetic rate and dry matter weight of tobacco plants planted in yellow soils from Weining,Tianzhu and Kaiyang counties was Weining kaiyangTianzhu,their root activity was TianzhuWeiningKaiyang and their nitrate N content was Tianzhu Kaiyang Weining at different growth stages under the weather condition of Kaiyang county.
