烟叶中甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的残留分析方法

摘　　要：为检测甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐在烟草上的残留情况,采用柱前衍生化法,建立了高效液相色谱荧光检测器对烟叶中甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐残留的分析方法。结果表明:该方法的最小检出量(LOD)为4.0×10-12g,最低检出浓度(LOQ)为3.2 ng/kg,烟叶的平均回收率为90.55%～97.75%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.5%～7.9%。该方法的灵敏度、准确度、精密度均符合《农药残留准则》的检测要求。The Emamectin Benzoate residues in tobacco leaves were detected by HPLC based on pre-column derivatization and fluorescence detector.The results showed that the minimum detectable amount,minimum detectable concentration,average recovery rate and relative standard deviation of the detection method was 4.0×10-12g,3.2ng/kg,90.55%～97.75% and 4.5%～7.9% respectively.The sensitivity,accuracy and precision of the detection method are in accord with the technical requirements of national pesticide residues criterion.
