仙鹿壮骨方对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症骨密度和血清降钙素的影响

摘　　要：目的观察仙鹿壮骨方对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症骨密度和血清降钙素的影响,探讨仙鹿壮骨方治疗因雌激素缺乏导致的骨质疏松症的作用机制,为防治骨质疏松症提供实验依据。方法将72只大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、尼尔雌醇组、仙鹿壮骨方大剂量组、仙鹿壮骨方中剂量组、仙鹿壮骨方小剂量组6组,通过手术去除双侧卵巢复制大鼠骨质疏松症模型,各组分别灌胃生理盐水及相应药物12周,灌胃结束后检测各组大鼠骨密度及血清降钙素(CT)含量。结果与假手术组比较,模型组骨密度及血清降钙素含量显著降低,2组比较差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01);与模型组比较,除了仙鹿壮骨方小剂量组的骨密度改善不显著外,其余给药组的两项指标及仙鹿壮骨方小剂量组的降钙素均显著升高,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);各治疗组之间比较,仙鹿壮骨方各剂量组的两项指标均显著低于尼尔雌醇组(P<0.05),仙鹿壮骨方各剂量组的骨密度比较差异无统计意义,但各剂量组的降钙素比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05),呈显著的量效关系。结论仙鹿壮骨方可能通过升高CT含量,减缓伴随去卵巢所致的骨量丢失,起到防治骨质疏松的作用。Objective To observe the effects of Xianlu Zhuanggu Fang on the bone density and calcitonin（CT） in blood serum of osteoporosis of ovariectomized rats,and explore the mechanism of Xianlu Zhuanggu Fang on treating osteoporosis induced by low estrogen level,provide experimental evidence for preventing and treating osteoporosis.Methods 72 rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,model group,nilestriol group,Xianlu Zhuanggu Fang low,middle and high-dose group.The rat models of osteoporosis were made by removing both ovaries,all groups han been administered saline and the corresponding drugs for 12 weeks,and detected the content of the bone density and CT in blood serum of rats of all groups after giving drug.Results Compared with the sham group,the bone density and serum CT of model group were significantly reduced,there was significant difference between the 2 groups （P0.01）.Compared with model group,except Xianlu Zhuanggu Fang low-dose group,two indexes of other treating group and CT of Xianlu Zhuanggu Fang low-dose group were significantly increased,the difference was significant （P0.05）.Compared between all treating groups,two indexes of Xianlu Zhuanggu Fang every dose group were significantly lower than nilestriol group（P0.05）,the bone density of Xianlu Zhuanggu Fang every dose group wasn’t significant difference,but CT was significant difference（P0.05）,showed significant dose-effect relationship.Concluion Xianlu Zhuanggu Fang may by increasing the content of CT,thus decrease bone loss induced by removing ovaries,and play a role in preventing and treating osteoporosis.
