宁夏回族MMP-9基因多态性-1562C/T和腰椎间盘突出症的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨宁夏回族MMP-9基因多态性-1562C/T和腰椎间盘突出症的相关性。方法采用病例-对照研究的方法,对来自宁夏回族的128例LDH患者和132例匹配的正常对照采集血样,用PCR-RFLP方法对MMP-9基因多态性-1562C/T多态性进行了检测。结果携带CT/TT基因型的个体患LDH的风险是携带CC基因型的个体1.61倍(95%C I:0.89-2.89),但其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MMP-9基因多态性-1562C/T可能与宁夏回族人群的LDH不相关。Objective To assesse the relationship between the-1562C/T polymorphism of matrix metalloproteinase-9 gene and Lumbar disc herniation（LDH） in the Hui population in Ningxia.Methods Peripheral venous blood samples of 128 inpatients with LDH and 132 controls matching with cases were collected approved by the patients themselves.Whole genome DNA was isolated from whole blood tissue.Genotypes were determined by polymerase chain reaction-based restriction fragment length polymorphism.Results Significance association between the genotype of MMP-9-1562CT/TT and LDH was not observed in present study.Conclusion The-1562C/T polymorphism of the MMP-9 gene is not associated with a risk of LDH in the Hui population in Ningxia.
