金纳多联合钙离子阻滞剂对冠心病大鼠药酒中毒后心肌保护作用

摘　　要：目的观察金纳多联合钙离子阻滞剂对冠心病大鼠药酒中毒后心肌的保护作用。方法将成功构建冠心病大鼠药酒中毒模型分为不同的治疗组,根据不同组别行药物治疗,分别于治疗后不同时间点取材,对血清中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、肌酸激酶(CK)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)含量测定,以及心肌组织行HE、Nagar-Olsen染色,并评价疗效。结果金纳多联合钙离子阻滞剂可明显改善急性药酒中毒后大鼠的一般状况,减少心律失常的发生,降低CK、LDH、MDA,升高T-SOD;HE、Nagar-Olsen染色显示金纳多联合钙离子阻滞剂可明显缩小大鼠心肌组织损伤面积,增加正常心肌组织的面积。结论金纳多联合钙离子阻滞剂对冠心病大鼠药酒中毒后心肌具有良好的保护作用。Objective To explore protective effects of Ginaton combined calcium inhibitor on myocardial of coronary heart disease in rats after liquor poisoning.Methods 80 coronary heart disease in rats after liquor poisoning were randomly four groups： saline control,Ginaton treatment,calcium inhibitor treatment and Ginaton combined calcium inhibitor treatment.According to different group,different drug was injected through tail vein every day,until the end of experiment.T-SOD,MDA,CK and LDH were detected after liquor poisoning,while histological examination was performed.Results Ginaton combined calcium inhibitor treatment has positive effect on rats of general condition after liquor poisoning,and the arrhythmia was reduced.The level of MDA,CK and LDH were lower than those in other groups,and the level of T-SOD was higher than those in other groups.Histological examination showed Ginaton combined Calcium inhibitor treatment played active role on decreasing myocardial damage.Conclusion Ginaton combined calcium inhibitor treatment has a good protective effect on myocardial of coronary heart disease in rats after liquor poisoning,which may provide a new way to clinic treatment.
