生物酶脱墨剂在废纸碎浆与浮选工艺中的应用

摘　　要：进行了生物酶脱墨剂和传统化学脱墨法在废纸碎浆与浮选工艺中的脱墨实验。从碎浆白度、浮选白度、白度增值、油墨去除率等指标对两种脱墨方法进行分析比较,结果显示:碱性脂肪酶类生物酶脱墨剂A、B较常规化学脱墨剂MT-90具有更好的脱墨效果,很好地控制了纤维流失,成本节约24.5元/吨纸废纸。A experiment of applying enzymatic deinking agent and traditional chemical deinking method in pulping and flotation proces was conducted. Both kind of deinking methods were analyzed and compared from the indicators of pulped brightness, flotation whiteness,increment of white ness,etc. And the results showed that： Compared with traditional chemical deinking agent MT-90, bioenzymatic deinking agent A or B had a better effect for deinking and controlling fiber loss, it would also save 24.5yuan per ton of waste paper.
