浮选法脱墨中表面活性剂起泡性能研究进展

摘　　要：表面活性剂的起泡性能对浮选法脱墨效果的影响很大,研究浮选过程中表面活性剂泡沫体系的影响因素,以及各因素之间的相关性,对优化脱墨剂配方、提高脱墨效率至关重要。对浮选法脱墨中表面活性剂起泡性能的影响因素进行了综述,分析了泡沫性能评价的多种测定方法。对表面张力、黏度、表面电荷等影响表面活性剂的起泡性能的重要因素及其相关规律作了阐述,对起泡性能的多种检测方法及其优劣性作了总结。Foaming properties of surfactants paly more and more important role in flotation deinking efficiency of wasted paper. The influence factors on foaming properties of surfactant were reviewed; various methods of determining the foaming performances of surfaetant were analyzed. The surface tension, surface charge and viscosity of surfaetant are mainly affect the foaming properties of surfactant, their related regular influence on it were stated, and the characteristics of various measurment were summarized.
