摘  要:为制备竹颗粒/PVC复合材料(BPPC)并优化热模压工艺,研究温度及时间等工艺参数对BPPC性能的影响。设定热模压时间5~11min,模压温度165~190℃,制备BPPC并测定其物理力学性能。结果发现,随着热模压时间的增加,BPPC的物理力学性能改善,较佳热模压时间为8min。热模压温度165~190℃范围内,随着模压温度的增加,BPPC的力学性能指标呈现先增加后减小的趋势,最佳热模压温度为180℃。DSC分析表明,热模压温度对竹颗粒和PVC的相容性影响显著,模压温度180℃时二者呈现较好的相容性。SEM分析发现,热模压温度180℃时竹颗粒在PVC基体中分布均匀,二者的界面相容性较好。In order to fabricate bamboo particles reinforced PVC composite(BPPC) and optimize hot pressing molding technique,effects of molding temperature and time on the properties of BPPC were studied.BPPC were fabricated with selected parameters of hot pressing time in 5-11 min and molding temperature in 165-190 ℃,and the properties of BPPC were tested.Results showed that physical and mechanical properties of BPPC were modified with the enhancing of molding time and a proper molding time was 8 min.In the rang of 165-190 ℃,physical and mechanical properties of BPPC increased with the increasing of temperature first and then showed a decreasing trend.The best molding temperature of BPPC was 180 ℃.Testing of DSC indicated that molding time has a notably impact on the compatibility of bamboo particle and PVC and a good compatibility was get at 180 ℃.SEM analyses of BPPC prepared with optimized technique demonstrated uniform dispersion of bamboo particles in PVC matrix and a good compatibility between them.
