摘  要:采用高岭土为原料提取氧化铝成本低廉,可以大幅度提高高岭土的产品附加值,提高经济效益。研究以萤石为助剂煅烧活化煤系高岭土和溶出提取氧化铝的条件,考察了煤系高岭土煅烧活化和溶出条件对煤系高岭土中氧化铝溶出率的影响。实验表明,煅烧活化条件为:石灰石与煤系高岭土质量比为2.5、萤石用量为1%、煅烧温度为1260℃、烧成时间90m in;溶出的最佳工艺条件为:溶出温度为85℃、溶出时间为2.0h、Na2CO3浓度为9%、液固比为3.5,在此条件下,粉煤灰中氧化铝的溶出率高达90.5%。Using kaolin as a raw material to extract alumina can reduce the cost,improve additional value and economic efficiency in a large scale.The conditions of calcining activation of fly ash with fluorite as assistant and extracting alumina were studied,the effects of conditions of calcining activation and leaching on the leaching rate of alumina from fly ash were investigated.The experimental results show that the conditions of calcining activation were obtained as:mass ratio limestone to fly ash 2.5,dosage of fluorite 1%,calcination temperature 1260℃,calcination time 90 min;the best technological conditions of leaching were as follow: under liquid-to-solid ratio 3.5,alumina leaching efficiency of 90.5% was achieved when clinker was leached with 9% concentration of Na2CO3 at 85 °C for 2 h.
