摘 要:采用TG/DTG研究了TiB2阴极涂层中树脂和沥青的热失重过程,采用SEM和XRD研究了在不同升温制度条件下TiB2阴极涂层的显微组织,获得TiB2阴极涂层的较优升温制度。结果表明:炭化工艺应采用"两头快、中间慢"的升温制度,才能保证材料炭化烧结的成品率和均质化;采用T2工艺制备的样品物相组成为TiB2和石墨C,其表层无裂纹、气泡及孔洞,涂层与石墨基体粘接也良好,符合铝电解石墨基惰性阴极的生产条件。The thermal weightless characteristics of resin and pitch in the TiB2 cathode coating were investigated by means of TG and DTG.The microstructures of TiB2 coating prepared under different heating rules were analyzed by means of SEM and XRD.The optimal heating rule of TiB2 coating was obtained.The results show that the application of heating rule,with "fast heating rate at the beginning and the ending,low heating rate at the intermediate stage",is adopted to assure the promising product quality.The samples,prepared by T2 heating rule,include TiB2 and graphite phases.The surface of coating without crack or pore shows promising bond performance with graphite base,which is accord with the production of graphite based inert anode in aluminum smelting.
