摘　　要：采用XRF法测定涂镀钢板表面涂层质量,是以Cr的Kα线为分析线,直接以样品单位面积质量和X射线强度分别为横、纵坐标绘制工作曲线,分析结果的精密度好,准确度高。XRF method is used to determine the coating weight of plated steel sheet.In the method,the Kα line of Cr is taken as the analysis line,weight of the unit area of sample and X-ray intensity are taken as the X and Y coordinates,respectively,to draw working curves.Analysis results show excellent precision and high accuracy.
