木本饲用植物构树的生物学特性及其开发利用价值

摘　　要：随着人口的不断增长，耕地数量的减少，粮食生产与饲料生成的矛盾日益严重。开发木本饲料资源，具有迫切的现实意义和深远的战略意义。构树是一种木本饲料，树叶富含高蛋白成分，是优质的畜禽饲料；果实富含氨基酸等有效成分，具有良好的药用和食用价值；另外，其纤维长，可作为造纸原料加以发展，同时也是绿化荒山、荒滩、防风固沙、水土保持的优良树种。本文主要综述了构树的生物学特性、饲用价值、生态效益、开发利用现状及展望。With rapid population increase and decrease of arable land, the contradiction between production of foods and feeds is becoming serious. The exploitation of woody forage resources is a practical and important strategy to alleviate the contradiction. Broussnetia Papyrifera L. is a high-quality woody forage with rich protein in leaves; its fruit can be used as a excellent medicine due to its rich amino acids and some other active ingredients; it can also be used as raw materials in paper-making industry because of its containing long fiber; it has potential of sand-fixing, soil and water conservation as well as greening barren hills and wastelands. This article reviewed biological characteristics, feeding value, ecological benefits, recent exploitation conditions as well as the research prospects of Broussnetia Papyrifera.
