摘　　要：钢铁企业利用稀油密封干式煤气柜储存焦炉煤气时,受焦炉煤气净化工艺和组分的影响,普遍遇到密封油技术性能下降较快、使用寿命较短且影响气柜安全运行的问题,文章针对影响密封油技术性能指标变化的原因做了分析,并在生产工艺不变的条件下,利用在线改质技术,完成了对密封油技术性能的改善,为稀油密封气柜探索出了一条无需停产就可改善在用密封油性能指标的有效途径。While steel enterprise use light oil sealed dry-type gas tank to store coke oven gas, affected by coke oven gas purification process and its components, it frequently met the problems including the sealing oil technical performance decline rapidly and shorter service life which have a strong impact on gas tank safe operation. The article analyzes the influence reason of sealing oil technical performance index change, and under the same production process conditions, using online modification technology to improve sealing oil technical performance, explores for improving sealing oil technical performance index dispensing with stopping production in an effective way.
