机械通气联合红细胞输注治疗重度有机磷中毒呼吸衰竭疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察机械通气联合红细胞输注治疗有机磷中毒呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法 70例重度有机磷中毒呼吸衰竭患者,随机分为A组40例,给予机械通气和红细胞输注治疗;B组30例,给予机械通气治疗,观察两组患者胆碱酯酶恢复时间、机械通气时间和住院时间。结果 A组胆碱酯酶恢复时间、机械通气时间和住院时间较B组均明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论机械通气联合红细胞输注治疗重度有机磷中毒呼吸衰竭患者,可减少机械通气时间和住院时间,缩短病程,疗效显著。Objective To observe the effectiveness of mechanical ventilation combined with red blood cells transfusion in treating respiratory failure due to acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning（AOPP）.Methods Seventy patients with respiratory failure due to AOPP were randomly divided into group A（treated with mechanical ventilation combined with red blood cells transfusion）and group B（treated with mechanical ventilation）.The cholinesterase recovery time,mechanical ventilation duration,and days of hospital stay were compared between these two groups.Results The cholinesterase recovery time,mechanical ventilation duration,and days of hospital stay were significantly shorter in group A than in group B.Conclusion Mechanical ventilation combined with red blood cells transfusion is effective in treating respiratory failure due to AOPP.
