广东丹霞山旅游业发展的问题及建议

摘　　要：2010年8月2日在巴西利亚举行的第34届世界遗产大会上,"中国丹霞"被列入世界遗产名录,引起了社会各界的广泛关注,特别是"中国丹霞"的龙头丹霞山,更是处在如何管理开发旅游景区大讨论的风口浪尖。广东丹霞山是世界"丹霞地貌"的命名地,有着无与伦比的自然风光,无愧为世界自然遗产。但目前丹霞山在管理、开发、保护等方面还存在诸多问题,申遗成功后的丹霞山景区为解决这些问题采取了很多措施,如丰富旅游产品、建设配套设施、加大宣传力度、大量引进专业人才等。除此之外,丹霞山景区还应树立鲜明的旅游形象、深入挖掘旅游文化、加大旅游商品开发力度、完善管理机制、制定员工激励机制,使丹霞山不论在自然风光,还是在服务管理方面,都无愧为"丹霞"旅游名胜地。＂China Danxia＂ was inscribed on the World Heritage List, during the 34th World Heritage Conference in Brasilia on August 2, 2010, which has aroused widespread concerns; the leading mountain Danxia is a heated issue in debating how to manage the development of tourism scenic spots. ＂Danxia Landform＂ is named after mountain Danxia in Guangdong, which shows unmatched natural beauty and deserves to be the world natural heritage site. However, there are many problems in the management, development, protection of mountain Danxia. Although the successful applications for the World Natural Heritage of mountain Danxia has push forward not a few measures, yet mountain Danxia should establish its distinctive tourism image, explore the tourism culture, and make greater efforts to develop tourism products, improve the management mechanism as well as the incentive mechanism of employees, so that both the natural beauty of mountain Danxia and the service management deserve to be the world heritage.
